Creating a Dynamic Pricing Model for Your Membership Programs
Pricing in aesthetic medicine isn’t one-size-fits-all. With memberships, multiple locations, and different service tiers, you need more flexibility to reflect the real structure of your Practice. Now, you can configure unique pricing for every membership and every clinic, all within your inventory settings. Whether you’re offering tiered membership benefits, managing regional pricing, or rewarding loyal patients, you have full control.
What Is Dynamic Pricing?
Dynamic Pricing allows you to set different prices for products and services in your inventory based on:
- The membership tier (Gold, Silver, etc.)
- The clinic location
- All memberships or all clinic locations—standardized pricing at scale
- Both membership and location—full customization when needed
This ensures the right price is applied to the right patient, every time—automatically at checkout. It reduces front desk confusion, increases accuracy, and lets you manage your patient experience more precisely. It also prevents you from giving away “too much” on one membership because of the benefits you need to offer on another membership. Now you can tailor every membership with the exact pricing model that makes sense for your Practice.
How It Works
When you add or edit an inventory item, you’ll now see a Membership Pricing tab in your settings.
From there, you can:
- Set pricing for each membership tier
- Adjust prices per clinic
- Apply one price across all clinics
- Apply one price across all memberships
- Or leave both unchecked to configure pricing per clinic and per membership
For example, your Injectors Club members might receive exclusive pricing on facial injectables at your flagship clinic, while Weight Loss Members at your virtual clinic receive discounts on peptides and supplements only. With Dynamic Pricing, you can separate these scenarios clearly—without needing workarounds or duplicate entries.

Getting Started
To use Dynamic Pricing:
- Log into Aesthetic Record on the web
- Go to Inventory
- Add or edit an inventory item
- Set your regular pricing
- Navigate to the Membership Pricing tab
- Configure pricing based on membership and/or clinic
- Save your changes
If you don’t specify membership pricing, Aesthetic Record will default to your regular price and apply pre-configured discounts where applicable.
